Human Phalange Fixated On Egg

The index and pointer fingers on my
hand are so close it feels like they are
ripping each other apart the same way
a black hole shows love to its former
galaxy system and my pinky is twitch
ing every once in a while.
When my heart beats the blood ricoch
ets instantaneously to all the inches in
my veins that ache and curl when i
don’t eat for two days i promise it was
only because my ring and middle were
stuck together and i used my first and
last to try to pull them apart again but
they were cocooning and the swelling
was so large they seemed like knives
pressed against my skin begging to
be granted mercy from whatever was
telling them to hurt me.
Pinky wants me to scratch its itch but
my nails are growing backwards aw
ay from me it seems because they
are scared and it itchy-burns inside
them i wish they would believe me
the womb on my hand is rumbling
so much it hides the first crack sou
nding so wet inside my eardrum
where the beautiful butterfly crawls
escaping its birth mother but finding
family within me her oozing fur
pooling she twitches every so often
or two seconds or so and my thumb
falls off leaving flaking skin to hang
mourning with dripping tears that
she flies out to drink and once she’s
full she puts her twitchy slime body
on the other hand.
